Glop App User Agreement

Welcome to Glop! This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Glop app, including any features, services, or content made available through the app (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms, you should not use the Services.

Please read this Agreement carefully and keep a copy for your reference.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using Glop, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement and any additional terms or policies referenced within the app. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using the app.

2. Eligibility

To use Glop, you must be at least 17 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you are using the app on behalf of an organization, you must have the authority to bind that organization to this Agreement.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, and to update your information if it changes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Post, upload, or transmit any content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, offensive, or infringes upon the rights of others.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers, networks, or other infrastructure associated with Glop.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, user accounts, or data.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality within Glop, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the property of Glop or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Privacy and Data Collection

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy (available in the app or on the website) outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using Glop, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Third-Party Services

Glop may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third parties. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their terms and privacy policies.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Glop at our sole discretion, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Services, and any obligations you have incurred up until the termination date will survive.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties or representations, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Glop disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

In no event shall Glop be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, even if Glop has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Glop, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Changes to the Agreement

Glop reserves the right to modify, update, or change this Agreement at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice within the app. Your continued use of the Services after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the updated Agreement.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in California, or in a court of competent jurisdiction if arbitration is not applicable.

13. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
